A note from Shane on Covid-19

To all our friends, family, colleagues and partners,

I just wanted to check in as I know life is a little overwhelming right now. We feel it. You feel it. Everyone feels it.

I’m a business owner but first a human and I know you have enough people telling you to wash your hands at the moment. With that in mind we’ve purposefully laid low but we’ve also been working on a few ways in which we can play our part in all this. We’re a small team of just two guys so quite limited with the scale of what we can do. That being said, it's not going to stop us from chipping in as from day 1 fiid has been characterised by doing the right thing. 

🥣 We’ve pledged to donate 1,000 free meals to front line health care workers with the deliveries already gone out to HSE facilities across Ireland. We've worked with the Feed The Heroes group to identify regional hospitals that are most in need. 

🚑 We know you want to show your support to our frontline healthcare workers too so we’ve added a feature to our website to allow you to donate meals directly to staff at a hospital of your choice in both Ireland and the UK. You can support by donating here ->

📦 It's business as usual in our stores in Ireland and the UK and we're working hard to maintain supply and support our retailer partners to try and preserve some sense of normality on the shelf in stores 

❤️ We know it's an extremely challenging time for the many freelancers that we are lucky to have strong relationships with. We made sure all our freelancers that we love were paid in full early to help with uncertainty after other projects have been postponed or cancelled as a result of the pandemic 

💻 Our online store is operating as normal with free delivery within Ireland and the UK. Our warehouse is operating at full capacity, albeit with added social distancing measures. While we will always make every effort to get your order to you as quick as possible, given the volume of orders in transit right now, it may take a little longer than normal. 

👍🏻 Please get in touch if you'd like to change the delivery address of your subscription order from your office to home. Similarly if you'd like to pause or cancel a subscription please get in touch with me directly at and I'll get this sorted immediately for you.
