We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Community Manager to join our fast growing team, someone who is passionate about storytelling with a strong editorial point of view, who can build and maintain an engaged community. As a major part of this role will be crafting how and where we communicate our story to the world online, you should have your finger firmly on the pulse of what's happening right now in health and wellness - what is trending and what are people interested in - as well as an obsession with the nuances of the relevant social platforms. You'll also help us bring the fiid brand to life through community driven communication and events, both online and offline, to inspire our audience to be and live better. Our new Content & Community Manager will have a unique flair for creative storytelling and won’t be afraid to try new things. ‘How can we engage and build our audience, converting them to brand advocates, in a way that is fresh, fun, educational and above all authentic to the fiid brand?’ That’s the question we want firmly top of mind when you join us at fiid.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engagement:

  • Serve as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person
  • Create integrated social content plans that are custom created for all relevant social channels and are optimised for engagement and shareability with the goal of maximising brand growth and awareness
  • Day-to-day management of our social media and editorial content calendar
  • Work closely with our external agency and ecommerce manager on performance marketing campaigns ensuring consistency with brand voice and adherence to wider strategic brand and campaign goals
  • Develop original campaigns with innovative, elevated creative content in a fast-paced, high-volume environment on a budget
  • Understand the triggers and factors that make content shareable, ensuring those are included in all content
  • Lead on the development, implementation and management of a fully integrated email marketing strategy, growing and maintaining our thriving email list
  • Daily community management, listening and reporting on community concerns, trends and feedback
  • Identifying appropriate key influencers both from our community and beyond, developing collaboration proposals and building and maintaining relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team, supporting sales activities and new market/product launches
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor online marketing activity and wider industry trends in social
  • Produce weekly internal reports regarding the community management performance vs. benchmarks
  • Analysis and reporting of social media performance on a weekly basis and preparing bi-monthly board reports
  • Utilising data and analytics to identify insights which unlock potential opportunities for brand growth
  • Work closely with our founder to curate and manage end-to-end an exciting weekly calendar of events including identifying themes and partners, activation, promotion and budget management

Customer Support:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, managing requests and queries and delivering wow levels of service with patience and empathy every time
  • Maintain and monitor main communication platforms including fiid CRM, customer support inbox and social media platforms
  • Review necessary feedback with Supply Chain Manager, to ensure quality and service levels are met and maintained
  • Review and develop fiid’s FAQ documents
  • Manage and track customer service analytics, defining trends and areas for that need attention
  • Other duties as necessary

YOU’LL BE PERFECT FOR US BECAUSE

  • You have demonstrated expertise in high quality content creation, content marketing, social media management and digital marketing
  • You have relevant postgraduate or professional qualification in Digital Marketing
  • You have a minimum of 2 years similar experience in commercial business or agency environment managing social media platforms, using full range of digital tools
  • You specialise in excellent customer service and communication skills. You love delivering the type of service that makes people tell their friends
  • You thrive on producing creative excellence on a budget, pushing ideas that have the power to influence and inspire action
  • You are a natural creative thinker with a proven track record for delivering results with new ideas
  • You value execution over everything
  • You have well-developed communication skills both written and verbal, preferably with a bit of tongue- in-cheek humour. Strong copywriting skills are required to deliver the fiid tone of voice and editorial copy across all channels.
  • You have a working knowledge of the principles of SEO, GA, social platform analytics and social media management tools
  • You have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge and interest in creative media - photography, videography and audio
