Supply Chain Coordinator APPLY NOW
We’re looking for a detail oriented Supply Chain Coordinator who can be fiid’s Marie Kondo. This role is perfect for someone with national and International supply chain experience, looking to widen their skillset and make an impact within a challenger brand. The Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure that fiid is hitting the shelves according to business plans, partnering with Sales on Domestic and International orders, sourcing the best business partners to execute excellently and serving as the main point of contact for our co-manufacturers, taking the lead on operational decisions and improvements.
We are well on our way to demonstrate the strength of our brand and products by adding category value through premiumisation and incrementality. The focus is now on continuing to disproportionately win market share. Part of your job will be to ensure that fiid is ready to hit the shelves and on schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage logistics, costs and product stock levels, ensuring the escalation of any issues and are provided by mitigating strategies.
Lead supply chain excellence, refine our existing best practice and Sales & Operations planning processes to ensure optimum inventory and supply chain governance and analytics - we have a great system in place but welcome your input and improvements.
With support from our Commercial Director, manage operational budget and targets, implementing cost savings methods for transport, storage, fulfilment, procurement and additional operation costs.
Develop and implement key logistics relationships (3PL, shipping, procurement, etc) to ensure our customers are receiving the best service and quality products products
Monitoring orders placed until arrival, ensuring timely arrival on site to ensure customer order fulfillment
Develop the demand and supply planning for all products to the required service levels required to achieve KPI’s.
Manage control of stock and stock counts made available to the wider team.
Process customer order across various channels and markets, ensuring all order details are accurate and fulfilled on time.
Manage procurement of packaging materials, ingredients and other product components
Main point of contact for our co manufacturers, ensuring relationships are collaborative, working together to find innovative and efficient processes for current operations and NPD.
Review and analyse historical data, forecasts and trends to optimise scheduling production and inventory management.
Work closely with the Sales team to maintain our distributor relationships, setting and achieving key objectives on service levels, inventory management, packaging and other operational goals.
Work closely with the Sales team on international market entry planning, optimising expansion through supply chain operations.
Update the Sales team and customers of any relevant information such price changes, order/production issues ensuring this is done as timely as possible
Manage product quality and complaint procedure, ensure investigations are carried out properly and efficiently, identify source of issue and corrective actions as necessary.
Support the NPD team to investigate and identify potential manufacturing partners in Ireland for new product development.
Work to manage and reduce lead times both internally on the order process and externally with contract manufacturers.

YOU’LL BE PERFECT FOR US BECAUSE
You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in – Business, Supply Chain, Food Science or equivalent
You have 1-3 years’ customer facing support and supply chain experience within FMCG
You are EXTREMELY detail-oriented, creating seamless reports and catching problems before they arise
You have had exposure to managing budgets and cost controls for Supply Chain
You are experienced in project management and process implementation
You are a self starter who does not need direct supervision to motivate you for success - we are fostering a culture of individual accountability and ownership and need partners that can embrace that mentality
You are hungry to make your mark in a small, growing brand to deliver exceptional results and build an outstanding company
