How to prepare

Tear the corner of the pouch, microwave for 90 seconds, and serve. They also warm through in a pan in a few minutes. Good on their own, or over rice, pasta or a jacket potato.

Do I need to refrigerate them? No. Every meal is 100% natural with an 18 month shelf life, so the box lives in a cupboard.

Can I choose the flavours? The Variety Box is fixed at three of each. To stock up on one flavour, buy it by the case of 8.

Are they gluten free? The Smoky Black Bean Chilli and the Golden Curry House Special are made with gluten free ingredients. The Ragu and the Lentil & Sweet Potato Curry may contain wheat and oats.
