Mexican Black Bean Burrito Bowl

  • 1 x fiid Smoky Mexican Black Bean Chilli
  • 100g of cooked rice
  • 1 x small red onion, diced
  • 8 x cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 x avocado, sliced
  • 1 x packet tortilla chips
  • 1 x lime
  • Fresh coriander


  1. Heat your fiid Smoky Mexican Black Bean Chilli according to the instructions on the back of the pack.
  2. Prepare all your ingredients; cook tour rice rice, dice the onion, halve the tomatoes, and slice the avocado.
  3. Once you have all your ingredients prepared you can start assembling your bowls, divide evenly between two bowls, sprinkle each of them with coriander and server with tortilla chips and lime wedges, enjoy!
