Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Bunch of fresh basil leaves
- 2 Italian Sundried Tomato & Lentil Ragu fiid pouches
- Pasta (enough for 4 people). Large pasta shells are preferable.
- Black olives (optional)
Method:
- Add your pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook until soft (normally takes 10 minutes).
- 3-4 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add 2 fiid pouches to a large saucepan and heat on a medium - gentle heat.
- Drain your pasta and add to the saucepan for 1 minute, combining the pasta and delicious Ragu together.
- Add to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil leaves and black olives.
