Sundried Tomato & Lentil Ragu Stuffed Pasta Shells

Serves 4


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Bunch of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Italian Sundried Tomato & Lentil Ragu fiid pouches
  • Pasta (enough for 4 people). Large pasta shells are preferable.
  • Black olives (optional)
  1. Add your pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook until soft (normally takes 10 minutes).
  2. 3-4 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add 2 fiid pouches to a large saucepan and heat on a medium - gentle heat.
  3. Drain your pasta and add to the saucepan for 1 minute, combining the pasta and delicious Ragu together.
  4. Add to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil leaves and black olives.
